Who we are

Geopolysis AI is an AI consulting business based in Miami, Florida. We help businesses adopt AI through consulting, automation, and custom software. These terms apply when you use this website or engage our services.

Services

Our engagements follow the steps published on this site: a free intro call, a paid audit, and a paid build. The scope, deliverables, and fee for each step are agreed in writing before that step begins. You can stop after any step.

Payment

Fees are fixed and quoted in US dollars before work starts. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. If a published fee credit applies, such as an audit fee credited toward a build, it is applied to the invoice for that later step.

Refunds

Read this before you pay. The intro call is free. The audit fee is earned in full the moment we hand over your written plan, and it is not refundable after that. Build fees are earned as the work is performed.

We do not refund a change of mind, a change in your priorities, or disappointment that the results were not what you hoped for. We do not guarantee particular business outcomes, and not getting one is not grounds for a refund.

Two exceptions, and we hold ourselves to them. If you cancel a build before it is finished, you owe only the work done up to that date and we return any amount you prepaid beyond it. And if we cannot deliver what we agreed to deliver, you get that step's fee back.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you give us, for having the right to share them, and for reviewing deliverables before relying on them. AI systems can produce errors. Our deliverables are designed for human review, and final business decisions stay with you.

Intellectual property

Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the deliverables we created for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, and we may reuse general knowledge and techniques that are not specific to your confidential information.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the services. We do not sell it or share it except with the service providers needed to do the work.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, savings, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
