What we collect
When you book a call or email us, we receive what you share: your name, email address, company, and whatever you write or say. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. That is it. This site sets no tracking cookies of its own and runs no advertising.
How we use it
To reply to you, run the call you booked, deliver the services you hired us for, and send invoices. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else touches it
A few service providers process data on our behalf: Cal.com and Google Calendar for scheduling, Google for email, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting. Stripe handles card details directly. We never see or store your card number. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
As long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and legal record-keeping reasonably require. If you want something deleted sooner, ask.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. We reply within a few business days.
Where we operate
We are based in Miami, Florida, and this policy is governed by Florida and United States law. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
